冰糖金絲棗鮮奶燉雪耳
一朵雪耳約30克乾身計,泡水一會切成3份再切掉硬的部份。加入適量牛奶和清水(各150-200ml),紅棗三四顆,用Miele蒸爐100度蒸30分鐘。
