豬肉豆渣漢堡
豬肉豆渣漢堡(第一試驗版本)
包餃子剩下的豬肉白菜饀約200克,加入100克豆渣、調味料(鹽、黑椒、辣椒碎)混合攪拌後分為4個小球,壓成漢堡,加食油每面煎大約4-5分鐘。
